The design plays with a single modular concrete for steel pod that is arranged in multiple different orientations and locations, in order to create a solid void effect in a building scale of things The result is multiple terraces, an asymmetric living volume, spaces and volumes which suddenly change character and look and feel, letting users discover new things everyday The way the living units are placed, allow multiple types of people, irrespective, of caste, creed, financial status, knowledge levels to co exist, bringing more quality to the community
