We designed from scratch, for Livin Modular, Australia ( formerly Green Precast, Australia) 12 unique residential cabins that were each based on a unique plan layout, a unique material palette and other exclusive design considerations - such as the presence of a portico outside, the courtyard layout, provision for garage or not, etc… These units were deigned to be manufactured using the 3 dimensional monolithic volumetric precast construction technology for Australia. These pods are to be placed in schools, playgrounds, beaches, community centres etc… They will be manufactured, executed as per design and placed at site with help of cranes.
